This online portfolio incorporates projects and commercial work. I have a broad range of practice; from interiors, still life and fashion to portraiture; alongside personal work that is inspired by a poetic experience of the everyday.
My editorial work has appeared in publications including World of Interiors, 8A, Selvedge, Creative Review, The Saturday Independent Magazine, Elle Decoration, The Saturday Telegraph Magazine, Red, Martha Stewart Living, Exit and House & Garden. Recent clients include Anthropologie, Minotti London, EDC, Megan Park and Quadrille Publishing.
I have exhibited work in London, Barcelona and Brighton and received support from the Arts Council England.
I have recently completed a MA in Photography at London College of Communication, University of Arts.
Regarding my personal work, in I Stopped I am concerned with an awareness of the promise and potential of the universe, seen in the everyday. The Egg (2005), focuses on the simplest of objects and its particular resonances. Fold, unfold (2011) is both elegy and rumination on a fractured sense of belonging. It represents a dialogue between - and a blurring of - portrait, still life and landscape.
I have lived and worked in Paris and Brighton, where I did a BA in Photography. I now live in London.
